Professional Activities and Experience

After exercising a remarkable legal practice at various local law firms, Vassilis joined the legal department of the Organization for the Economical Reconstruction of Enterprises (OOAE S.A.), being involved into the reconstruction and economic recovery of Societe Anonymes, for a 5 years period of time.

He joined Athens Arthur Andersen – Business Consultants Certified Auditors S.A. in 1992 and headed the Legal Division from 1998 to 1999.

Education

Mr. Chryssomalis has obtained his law degree from the Law Faculty of the University of Athens and a master’s degree in Corporate Law from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom.
