Profile

Elisabeth Eklund (formerly Legnerfalt) is a Partner at Delphi, specialising in Competition Law. She has thirteen years experience of advising international and national companies on EU and Swedish Competition Law as regards anti-competitive agreements and abuse of dominant position and assists in contacts with the Competition Authorities and in Courts and arbitration proceedings. She also assists in pre-merger assessments and filings to the European Commission and to the Swedish Competition Authority. Elisabeth also conducts compliance programs, including training and drafting of dawn-raid manuals.

Elisabeth also advices on public procurement, state aid and free movement issues and has experience of litigation of these issues from administrative and civil courts. She has in-depth knowledge of the life science industry and in addition to regulatory issues in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries she also advices on regulatory questions in relation to telecom, broadcasting.
