Prince is specializing in litigation and represents clients before the High Courts, District Courts and various fora. He has advised clients in tenancy laws, family law, real estate laws, employment laws and accident claims and has vetted various documents from an anti-litigation perspective.

He also has significant experience in other facets of corporate laws including drafting commercial documents. He has participated in conducting several legal due diligences including but not limited to conducting legal due diligence into the affairs of Indian companies from a proposed acquisition viewpoint by overseas entities.

He is specializing in dealing with inter-country adoption matters and advising foreign prospective parents on relevant issues and process relating to adoption. He advises on the law concerning adoption and provides step-wise assistance throughout the entire adoption process.
