Sverker Bonde specialises in arbitration and litigation. He acts as counsel in institutional arbitral proceedings (such as SCC) ad hoc arbitral proceedings and before Swedish courts. He has acted as counsel for Swedish and international clients in domestic and international commercial arbitrations and before Swedish courts. These have included for instance, disputes related to M&A, manufacturing contracts, general contracts disputes, directors and advisors liability, product liability and marketing practices cases (before the Swedish Market Court). Sverker Bonde started his career in Delphi’s M&A practice group and also continuously advises clients on general commercial contracts.
