- Won a leading case before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court on the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral award under the New York Convention;
- USD 100m LCIA arbitration claim was satisfactorily settled to the benefit the client (wind energy industry)
- Successful defence against an ICC arbitration claim on the basis of a subrogation waiver claim in an intra-group/insurance dispute (solar energy industry)
- Negotiation and conclusion of a multi-year, large scale facility management services agreement.
