Suzan Lap is specialized in European and Dutch competition law, as well as wider questions of European law. She has broad experience in dealing with state aid matters and European subsidies. In addition, Suzan provides clients with strategic advice in relation to various kinds of distribution systems, taking into account competition law aspects, as well as commercial and contract law considerations. In addition, she supports clients with the implementation and assessment of such systems.
