Former lecturer at law (University Paris XI, Paris-Dauphine and National School for Police Officers), Thierry Brun started his career as a lawyer at Jeantet's in 1991 where he became a partner in 2001 after having spent five years at Jeantet's New-York office. Thierry and his team specialise in cross-border corporate-M&A, bank-finance and bankruptcy-restructuring. The team also deals with commercial litigation and arbitration for mid and large cap companies, whether French or foreign.
