John D. Schupper has a diverse corporate practice and has been counseling senior management for more than 35 years on complex financial, operating and strategic planning issues. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of the firm from 1997 to 2006.  John is listed among The Best Lawyers in America in the corporate, mergers & acquisitions, and securities law section .
