Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) is the pioneer of business law in Romania, offering integrated legal advice in all business fields, with offices in Bucharest, Timisoara, Cluj-Napoca, Brasov and Craiova.

The firm was established in 1990 by Ion and Manuela Nestor, both graduates of Bucharest Law School, when they created the first post-revolutionary law partnership in Romania, aimed at facing the challenges of Romania's sudden onset of transition to market economy. Instrumental in several of Romania landmark transactions, NNDKP has developed into a full service law firm, world-wide recognized professional providing timely, flexible and efficient solutions through effective and innovative legal work.

A distinguishing feature of the firm has long been its emphasis on providing superior, individualized client service. Every attorney in the firm understands that the practice of law requires extensive knowledge, remarkable skills and unwavering responsiveness. NNDKP offers the combination of legal insight, courtroom experience, industry knowledge and practical business sense needed to help clients prevail in their most complex cases.

"The firm is terrific: it has an exceptional ability to make things easier for you and tailor the advice according to your specific needs. The integrated legal and tax advice that we can obtain in a coherent manner from the same consultant is what makes the team unique in the market", Chambers Europe, 2012 edition, notes in one of its editorials.

In 2012, NNDKP was awarded the Chambers Europe Award for Excellence “Law Firm of the Year” in Romania for the second time in the past four years, while in 2011 the firm received the “Best Client Service” award. Over the past eleven years NNDKP was the best ranked law firm in Romania by Chambers Europe, Chambers Global, The European Legal 500 and by IFLR 1000.

The firm's results reflect the unique diversity of experience, outstanding professional competence, creativity, practical thinking and commitment, as well as a demonstrated history of first rate legal advice. In this tradition, some of the highest profile lawyers in Romania, consistently recognized locally and internationally for their contribution to the development of the legal profession, have formed generations of talented and enthusiastic young lawyers who share the beliefs and values of the firm.

NNDKP represents Romania in some of the most prestigious international professional alliances and organizations. In 1999, the firm was invited to become the exclusive Romanian member firm of Lex Mundi, the world's leading network of independent law firms with in-depth experience in 100+ countries worldwide, established in 1989. In 2002, the firm became the exclusive member for Romania of World Services Group, the largest leading network of independent elite professional services providers. In 2003, the firm co-founded the South East Europe Legal Group (SEE Legal), a unique organization of the most respected independent law firms in South Eastern Europe.
