* An investment by a private equity firm in a leading manufacturer of electric floor heat systems
* The acquisition of port terminal facilities by an infrastructure fund of a global financial institution
* The acquisition by a private equity firm of a North American importer and distributor of chocolate, specialty dessert and pastry ingredients
* A $182 million cross-border equity offering by a TSX listed silver mining company
* The reverse takeover of a TSX listed company by an Australian gold mining company
