Brendan practices corporate and commercial law and has experience in a variety of transactions involving public companies, private companies, partnerships and trusts.
As part of his practice, Brendan regularly drafts and advises on various contracts, including share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and partnership agreements. Brendan has also worked on numerous corporate reorganizations.
