Guidepost invests in Austrian market leader for pet GPS trackers with the support of DORDA's Digital Industries Group. DORDA, led by Christian Ritschka (Partner, M&A), together with Kirkland & Ellis, advised the Boston-based growth equity fund Guidepost as lead investor in the acquisition of an interest in Austrian tractive GmbH. With a total investment of $35 million, this is one of the largest investment rounds in the Austrian startup market in the last months. DORDA Advises DIF Capital Partners on the Sale of its Stake in a PPP-Project with Two Hospitals in Vienna

The deal involved in total the sale of six European PPP-projects to UK and European infrastructure fund manager Equitix. Tibor Varga, Martin Brodey and Patricia Backhausen advised DIF on the sale of the Austrian PPP-project. DIF Capital Partners (DIF) sold its stake in a portfolio of six European PPP assets to Equitix. The portfolio consisted of shareholdings in a number of critical infrastructure projects that DIF invested into as primary transactions: A1/A6 Road, IJmond Sea Lock and N18 Road in the Netherlands, A7 Nord Road and Netz West Rolling Stock in Germany, as well as the radio-oncology centres at two hospitals in Vienna (Krankenhaus Hietzing and Sozialmedizinisches Zentrum Ost)...
