Leahy Lewin Lowing Sullivan is a Papua New Guinea based commercial law firm specialising in commercial and corporate, banking and finance, energy and resources, construction and infrastructure, telecommunications, commercial litigation and tax for companies operating in Papua New Guinea.

The firm commenced operations in 2003 when Peter Lowing commenced practice. Peter was subsequently joined by Simon Nutley (2005) and John Leahy (2007). In September 2010 Stephen Lewin and Michael Sullivan, both having previously practiced in Papua New Guinea, joined the firm as Partners. Gibson Geroro was elevated to partner in 2014.
