MMG Trust (BVI) is part of the Morgan & Morgan Group and its worldwide fiduciary network. It was established in the British Virgin Islands in 1988 by holding a General Trust License under the Bank and Trust Companies Act and is regulated by the BVI Financial Services Commission.

MMG Trust (BVI) specializes in providing services in the areas of fiduciary services, company formation and administration in the British Virgin Islands for private and institutional clients, corporations and charitable entities.

This office is an “Authorized Custodian” licensed by the BVI Financial Services Commission.

Through Morgan & Morgan Barrister and Solicitors, the BVI in-house counsel, provides full legal advice related to corporate and commercial law, maritime law, intellectual property law, trusts and estate planning, mutual funds, and foreign investments.

• BVI corporations are highly regarded for secure investments due to the British Virgin Islands’ international recognition as a reputable financial and trade centre.
• BVI corporations will not be subject to income tax, or to dividends tax, or interest tax.
• Non-BVI residents are not taxed on capital gains derived from the sale of corporate shares or assets.
• BVI corporations not required to file tax returns or any other type of annual report or declaration with BVI authorities.
