PLMJ Advises EuroBic on EUR 1.2 Billion Securitisation
PLMJ, December 2020

PLMJ advised EuroBic on the sale of a portfolio of around €1.2 billion of residential mortgage credit, the bank's first Residential Mortgage Backed Securities (RMBS) securitisation. The PLMJ team that advised on this securitisation was led by Gonçalo dos Reis Martins, a partner from the Capital Markets and Banking and Finance practices. The team also included Kathleen Hoffmann Barley and Carolina Antunes. Gonçalo Reis Martins: “This was a very demanding process as it was executed in a short space of time.
