Profile

Dr. Martin IMHOF is an Equity Partner at Heuking Kuhn Luer Wojtek. He regularly represents strategic and private equity investors in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and investments, raise of venture and growth capital, carve-outs and the formation and structuring of international joint ventures. He advises international enterprises investing in Germany and coordinates the outbound work for German clients going abroad.

Another focus of his practice is commercial and corporate law, in particular the formation of companies and start-ups, corporate governance issues and shareholder disputes.

The German law magazine JUVE (2022 "frequently recommended"), the inhouse lawyers magazin Kanzleimonitor and PBV Monitor (very practical, skilled and highly efficient lawyer) recognize Martin Imhof in the fields of Corporate/M&A. The Legal 500 EMEA (2022 "great corporate lawyer" - "characterized by excellent quality, legal knowledge and the ability to process complex transactions") named him for Corporate, M&A and Trade and Distribution.
