Laura Pellerano joined Pellerano & Herrera in 2007 as Electronic Channels Director and now is the firms Branding and Customer Satisfaction Director and Strategic Planning Coordinator.
Laura was responsible for the design and implementation of the eLexPersona.com business project, which was the first online website for personal legal services in the Dominican Republic. She has experience in business administration, cost reduction strategies, e-commerce projects, strategic planning and family business consulting.
She has worked for The TELOS Group, a boutique consulting firm in Boston, Massachusetts, focused on providing specialized services to family owned businesses.
Laura graduated from Babson College in Massachusetts in 2006, where she earned a double major in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management. In 2010, Laura completed a Global MBA from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain. In addition, she earned a diploma in electronic commerce at the Universidad Iberoamericana in 2008 and has participated in courses and seminars related to corporate social responsibility and family business management. She is a Member of the Entrepreneurship Committee of the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs of the Dominican Republic (ANJE), and speaks both Spanish and English fluently.
