Nancy Lissemore is a managing director at Citi. She is currently the global head of the depositary receipts business. In this role, she leads a global management team and is responsible for clients in more than 60 countries. She has been with Citi since 1991. Prior to this, she practiced labor law and general corporate law. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers College School of Business and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School. She is a member of the NY and NJ Bars.
Nancy serves as a mentor for the Road to Wall Street program at Rutgers University, as well as various mentorship programs within Citi.
Nancy lives in New Jersey with her husband. Her two daughters are currently studying at Duke University and Washington University in St. Louis. In her leisure time, she enjoys tennis and travelling.
