Profile

Alessandro Giuliani is a member of the Corporate/M&A Department and represents domestic and international corporations, private equity funds and banks in a variety of public and private transactions, including acquisitions, financings, turnarounds, restructurings and joint-venture deals. He has a broad experience in dealing with family-owned businesses.


With Gianni & Origoni since its foundation in 1988, Alessandro has served the firm in multiple management roles, including as executive committee member and as member of the firm’s M&A committee. He has spent substantial time in the U.S. and has been in charge of the firm’s New York office for several years.


Alessandro is in charge of the Africa Desk of the firm, coordinating Gianni & Origoni’s business in the African continent.


He is member of the Italian Bar and of the International Bar Association. He was admitted as a Foreign Legal Consultant of the New York Bar in 1995.


He Speaks Italian and English.
