Ion Nestor is a Managing Partner and heads the firm's Emerging Practices Department. Prior to founding Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen, Mr. Nestor acted as Legal Counsel to the Romanian Consulting Institute and as Legal Consultant to the Institute of Legal Research at the Romanian Academy in Bucharest. His major areas of expertise include privatization, mergers & acquisitions and banking. He represented clients in some of the largest and most complex transactions ever concluded in Romania.
