Roger advises business enterprises and tax-exempt organizations involved in joint ventures, restructurings, bankruptcies, sale transactions, and litigation.

He has extensive experience in representing secured creditors, debtors, trustees, creditors' committees, and landlords in Chapter 11 cases. He has also represented enterprises in the life sciences, technology, venture capital, health care, transportation (rail and road), timber, manufacturing, retail, banking, and insurance industries. Roger is an effective counselor to healthy organizations and fiduciaries (such as trustees and directors) by drawing on his experience in distress situations.

Roger is a fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy, and is a frequent speaker on commercial law.
