Matthew D. Nielsen practices in the Intellectual Property Group in Dykema's Minneapolis office. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Nielsen was associated with the Atrial Fibrillation Division of St. Jude Medical where he supported the AFD legal team with patent marking, due diligence, patent prosecution, trademark clearance, IP legal research and other projects.
A graduate of William Mitchell College of law, during law school, Mr. Nielsen served as a Research Assistant to Professor Carl Moy.
