Partner of the Firm in the Labor and Employment practice group, with more than 23 years of experience. His practice focuses in planning, consulting and labor strategies both national and international, including, preventive consulting, labor assessments and Due Diligence procedures, drafting of labor related legal opinions, review and drafting of any kind of labor related agreements, advice and implementation of strategies to hire expatriate personnel in Mexico, strategies related to corporate restructures involving transfers of personnel, review and update of internal Human Resources policies and procedures, strategies for the termination of labor relations, among others.

Has contributed with publications of the World Bank and is author of various articles and publications in Mexico and abroad and has participated as a speaker in Lex Mundi, Ius Laboris, the International Bar Association and various Chambers of Commerce.

Education

Studied Law at Universidad Iberoamericana and is certified as a Trusted Business Advisor, by Universidad Panamericana.
