Profile
Eduardo J. Ameglio, lawyer, responsible for labor and social security matters. He has experience in labor and social security practice, negotiation and group settlement, labor conflicts solutions and labor litigation. He is Professor of Labor Law and Social Security at the University of Uruguay, School of Law and full Professor at the School of Law of the Catholic University (UCU). As researcher he is author of various publications in his specialty, in Uruguay and also abroad, among which i¢í¢"¡í‚¬퀦"The companies that provide temporary labori¢í¢"¡í‚¬퀚킝. He is external consultant for the International Labor Organization (ILO) in various cooperation projects, among others, with the Labor Ministry of Chile, in the elaboration of a law project on labor subagreements (1998-1999). He integrated a group of experts hired by ILO to prepare the practical usage guide edition for the implementation of the ILO Recommendation No. 196 to determine the type of labor relationship (Turin, 2007). Former President of the Uruguayan Association of Labor Law and Social Security and member of the Editing Committee of the Labor Law Magazine, official publication of the Iberoamerican Labor Law and Social Security Institute.
