Davide De Rosa deals with international commercial disputes and advises foreign investors in their cross border commercial arrangements and transactions in Hong Kong, China and Europe, with a particular focus on Italy.

For more than 14 years, Davide has been advising on complex matters of legal and commercial significance across borders and business sectors and primarily spanning the EU and Asia.

Prior to moving to Hong Kong, Davide has been practising as a corporate and commercial lawyer in Milan.

He is a frequent presenter to, and skilled resource for, prominent multinational communities, trade associations and clients with interests and operations in Europe (particularly in Italy) and in the Far East.

He gained a Law Degree in Italy and qualified as a lawyer in Milan. He also took his UK qualification at The University of Law, London.

Davide is member of Milan Bar Association and a Solicitor of England & Wales.

He is Vice Chairman of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Macao, the European Chamber in Hong Kong and the Europe Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce.

He speaks Italian and English.
