Kristy Yeoh practices in the litigation and dispute resolution team, guiding clients through general commercial litigation and banking matters.

Kristy's general commercial litigation practice includes advising a number of private and government clients in relation to large scale and complex contractual, construction, property, insolvency, banking, corporate law, insurance and debt recovery disputes. She regularly represents clients at mediation and appears on behalf of clients in the Federal Court of Australia, Supreme Court and District Court of Western Australia.
