Carolina Chipollini is an associate of the Mergers & Acquisitions, Project Finance and Banking and Finance Group.
She advises on local and international M&A deals structure and negotiation.
She has experience advising public and private companies as well as joint venture operations. She advises financial institutions (domestic and foreign), lenders, borrowers, sponsors and issuers, in complex capital markets, corporate and project finance transactions in Peru. Her experience includes the representation of regional banks on loans granted to domestic firms and credit restructuring.
Moreover, she has experience advising government entities and project sponsors on the development of infrastructure and real estate projects, concession agreements and tenders.
She also advises domestic and international corporations on commercial, corporate and contractual matters.
Carolina was adjunct professor of Contracts at Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (2015-2016) and teaching assistant of Contracts at Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (2010-2011).
