Marie-Lou Beaumont is a lawyer with the Business law group.
Admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2013, Marie-Lou has focused her practice in real estate law in the Québec City region. The strength and quality of her profile is partly derived from the seven years she spent as a paralegal, which has given her unique expertise in property law.
Ms. Beaumont has worked extensively experience in the energy industry, collaborating on several wind power projects, among others, examining property titles, drafting various documents and legislatively qualifying work done as part of the creation of wind farms. She has also worked on a number of major mandates, including the interpretation of affiliation agreements, business financing and the sale of tree lots.
Her professional path has also included various activities involving the legal community, including working as a teaching assistant at Université Laval.
