During 20 years in the legal profession, Adolfo has specialized in Labor & Employment as well as Immigration Law.He has extensive experience in all procedures involving the recruitment, development, negotiation, and termination of employment contracts offering critical legal advice during the development of employer-worker relationships. In Immigration Law he is expert in all stages of the process to obtain health registrations and work permits for foreign employees.In 2015, he left the firm Lexincorp, where he had been a partner 3, in order to take a partnership role at the BLP offices in Honduras located in Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula. Adolfo has also counseled the Human Resources department of renowned companies such as Citibank, Walmart, Unilever, Marriott, and UPS, among others.After graduating from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras in 1998, he obtained a Master’s Degree from Universidad Pontífica Católica of Chile in 2000 before returning to UNAH where he served as a professor for fourteen years.Adolfo is currently a certified arbitrator and conciliator of the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industries of Tegucigalpa. Besides being legal counsel to and member of the Labor Committee of the Honduran Council of Private Enterprise (COHEP), he also serves on the Nomination Committee of the Honduran Supreme Court of Justice on behalf of the civil society for the election of prospective candidates to the position as judges for the period 2016-2023.He currently lives in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
