Toms KrūmiņÅ¡ has an extensive knowledge of International and European Law, particularly Private International Law and International Commercial Arbitration. He advises on various legal aspects involving cross-border issues.
Currently Toms is pursuing a joint Ph.D. degree in Riga Graduate School of Law and the University of Copenhagen. His main research focus is on the court involvement in arbitration proceedings.
Toms supports the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group as well as EU&Competition and M&A and Advisory practice groups.
