Eric has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, and he advises clients across a broad range of industries, including technology, infrastructure, healthcare, and manufacturing.

He is relied upon by clients and colleagues alike for his practical working knowledge of corporate transactions as well as for his diligence and responsiveness.
