Since coming to Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt in 1972, Terry Hauck has focused his practice in the area of real estate law. He has developed a strong reputation for his work in the areas of acquisition and development of bare land, acquisition and redevelopment of improved land, loan origination, loan closing documentation, land use, leasing, real estate partnerships and acquisition and sale agreements relating to income-producing properties.
