Alex Starkovich is a registered patent attorney with eight years of prior engineering experience. Alex focuses his practice on intellectual property law, including preparing and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent and trademark applications, patent and trademark litigation, developing intellectual property protection strategies, and preparing software and technology licenses and contracts.
Alex is experienced in a variety of technologies, including business methods and software, electronic devices, semiconductors, manufacturing processes, medical devices and complex mechanical systems. His undergraduate background and practical experience in computer systems engineering inform Alex’s legal approach, resulting in the best outcome for his clients.
