Douglas is a senior associate working across the Private Client and Corporate Tax teams. He advises on all UK taxes with a particular focus on inheritance tax and capital gains tax.

He also advises across a variety of further areas including succession, trusts, partnerships and charities.

His advice covers both domestic and off-shore matters and across a wide variety of business areas including owner managed businesses and farms and estates. As well as being a solicitor Douglas is a full member of STEP and the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
