Emilie advises Belgian and foreign High Net Worth individuals and (their) family businesses on direct taxation, international mobility and (inter)national estate planning.

Her practice regarding family businesses includes, next to her tax expertise, the setting up of the appropriate corporate and/or family governance to insure the right balance between the families and their businesses. She is also a certified family mediator.

Emilie has more than 10 years of experience, thorough expertise and a large professional network in French-Belgian tax matters, especially real estate investments, migration of HNWI's and estate planning.

Emilie is co-responsable for the French-Belgian branch of the Estate Planning Skill Group (Paris-Bruxelles-Lille).
