Antonio Segni concentrates his practice on corporate finance, capital markets and M&A, often involving large listed companies and financial institutions.

He has also gained a remarkable experience in privatizations, corporate governance and private equity and real estate funds set up.

He is recognized as leading lawyer in capital markets and recently he has been involved in significant arbitrations and disputes on matters of corporate law and capital markets.

From 1989 through 1994 Antonio Segni served as an officer at the legal department of CONSOB. In 1994 he turned to private practice with GOP. In 2006 he founded an independent law firm and returned to GOP in May, 2019.

Admitted to the Italian Bar and to the New York Bar since 1993.

He speaks Italian and English.
