Kate Hawley represents clients in a variety of real estate matters, including both lending and development transactions. She assists in counseling clients through the acquisition, development and disposition of property, as well as the financing of commercial real estate. Kate works on both syndicated and non-syndicated loans. She also provides guidance for clients with corporate and real estate research questions.
While attending Emory University School of Law, Kate served as a Managing Editor for the Emory Law Journal (Vol. 65). She earned the Transactional Law and Skills Certificate from the Center for Transactional Law and Practice at Emory Law. In addition to graduating with honors, Kate also received the ADR Conflict Resolution Book Award for the best overall performance in alternative dispute resolution courses.
