Jordan Stivers Luke focuses her practice on privacy, cybersecurity and technology issues confronting clients in the healthcare industry. She advises healthcare providers and healthcare technology companies on compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, TCPA, and other state and federal laws governing medical records and personally identifiable information; day-to-day privacy and security operational issues; drafting and updating privacy policies and procedures and website terms of use; drafting and negotiating healthcare technology agreements, business associate agreements, and information security agreements; performing privacy and security diligence in healthcare transactions; and data breach response. She also counsels behavioral healthcare providers on compliance with the 42 C.F.R. Part 2 regulations and state laws governing substance use disorder records.

Jordan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Kentucky and earned her law degree from American University Washington College of Law. While in law school she interned for MedStar Health, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Prior to joining Bradley, she worked in the Compliance and Operational Risk Control division of UBS. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
