Joel focuses on capital markets transactions and financial regulatory advice. He assists clients in a variety of transactions including public M&A, initial public offerings, other equity offerings and offerings of corporate bonds. His areas of specialisation include disclosure issues as well as investment and banking regulation. Joel began working at our firm already as an associate trainee, gaining valuable experience before joining the Capital Markets and Public M&A team.
