Judy Whitehead is the firm’s Managing Partner. She oversees the firm’s operations, providing leadership of the firm’s strategic direction.

Formerly a Litigation Partner, with a concentration on family law, her work now focuses on advising special clients, mainly the firm’s high net worth private clients, and negotiations with the Government on large investment projects.

Recent engagements include:

• Negotiating a prenuptial contract involving assets in multiple jurisdictions.
• Negotiations with the Government of the Bahamas on the structuring of a cruise ship port and resort.
• Lead counsel to Bahamas based Family Office for international family.
• Lead counsel to international family involving succession and philanthropic planning including the creation and operation of trust and corporate structuring.
