Elodie Dion is a lawyer in Lavery?s intellectual property group. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Université de Sherbrooke and a Master II of Intellectual Property Law from Université Lumière Lyon II in France. Her practice focuses on the registration, protection, and enforcement of trademarks, including advising clients on such matters.

During her time at Université de Sherbrooke's Faculty of Law, Elodie worked at a legal aid clinic for two semesters and was involved as a volunteer with Pro Bono Students Canada (PBSC). In addition, while obtaining her Master's Degree, Élodie interned at a Parisian law firm specialized in intellectual property and participated in an IP Moot Court Competition. In her Master's thesis, Élodie focused on the peculiarities of trademarks in the pharmaceutical industry.
