Mr. Shi specializes in competition law. He is committed to providing practical, tailoredadvicetoclients by creatively combining an in-depth understanding of competition lawpractice inChinaandcomprehensive knowledge of practices in other major jurisdictions.
Through years of practice, Mr. Shi has developed expertise across a variety of competitionlawpractices, including merger filings, antitrust investigations, antitrust-related dispute resolutions, andcompetition compliance. Mr. Shi has represented many renowned multinational anddomesticcompanies in diverse industries, including high-tech, internet, healthcare, shipping, automobile,logistics, FMCG, and agriculture.
Mr. Shi has close working relationships with the Chinese competition authorities andis activelyinvolved in their legislative consultations. Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Shi practiced law at Linklaters and Fangda Partners in Beijing.

Mr. Shi graduated from China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing withanLL.B.degree. He received a Post-graduate Diploma in Economics for Competition LawandaPost-graduate Diploma in EU Competition Law, both from King's College London. Hehasalsoreceived trainings in international commercial law at Oriel College, the University of Oxford(2011),and the University of Law (2012).
