Profile

Giuseppe De Simone is Co-Heat of the Banking & Finance Department at Gianni & Origoni.


He assists domestic and international investment banks, private equity funds and companies in domestic and cross-border transactions in all fields of banking & finance, with specific focus on financing matters (including acquisition financing, real estate financing and IPO financing), restructuring transactions (including debt restructuring and assistance in the preparation of the relevant restructuring plans), and structured finance.


He graduated in Law in 2000 from the University LUISS Guido Carli in Rome.


Before joining the firm, he specialised in corporate finance. Giuseppe gained significant experience working at primary Italian banks and companies and at leading Italian law firm.


He has worked in the London office of Gianni & Origoni.


He is a member of the Italian Bar since 2003.



He speaks Italian and English.
