Jeremy has over 26 years of experience as a commercial solicitor. He advises local, interstate and international clients on corporate and commercial transactions, state and federal tax, duty law and the establishment and operation of trusts. He also has a strong skill set in the SME market, with key portfolio expertise covering trusts, estate and business succession planning, asset protection and licensing.

Jeremy has worked with clients from a range of industry sectors including: agribusiness, health, manufacturing, retail, professional services, sports and entertainment.

Jeremy is admitted in South Australia, and to the High Court of Australia.
