Profile

Julian is an associate in the Government Practice Group. Julian’s practice focuses on public and private entities in real estate, water, and municipal law matters. He has worked with public agencies on a variety of legal issues, including evaluating outstanding agreements, providing Proposition 218 guidance, reviewing documents in preparation for real estate transactions, and updating document retention policies. He also has experience in litigation matters, such as drafting complaints, answers, demurrers, and motions for his public agency clients.
