Katy practises in the area of labour and employment law advising clients in relation to wrongful dismissal cases, labour arbitrations, employment agreements, collective agreements, group terminations, restrictive covenants and post-employment competition litigation, employment standards, human rights, and privacy law. Katy has a particular interest in human rights law in the context of employment. She has assisted clients with matters being litigated at the Employment Standards Tribunal, Human Rights Tribunal, Labour Relations Board, Provincial Small Claims Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal.

Katy clerked for the British Columbia Supreme Court.
