Profile

Margarita Egiazarova advises Russian and foreign clients on various issues of employment and migration legislation. She has been practicing labour and employment law representing exclusively employers for more than 7 years. Margarita offers a broad range of services to the clients ranging from preventive advice and general consultations to complex litigation when a mutually agreeable settlement cannot be reached. She supports clients with conflict and mass layoffs, restructuring, reduction of personnel, liquidation of companies and the transfer of employees. Margarita accompanies clients in negotiations with employees; conducts HR and migration audits. She has extensive experience in the development and localization of global policies, structuring of employment, including cross-border cases.

Education

Margarita graduated with honors from Moscow State Institute of International Relations, specializing in International Private Law and Oil and Gas Sector Regulatory Management. In 2018 Margarita gained her PhD in Law degree focusing on cross-border employment relations. Fluently speaks English and German.
