Profile

Nick is an acknowledged expert in project finance. He has advised lenders, borrowers and public bodies on the financing of infrastructure, energy and mining projects both in the UK and internationally for more than two decades. Additionally, he has considerable experience in real estate finance work, acting for bank, funder, developer and investor clients on the acquisition, refinancing and restructuring of assets, covering everything from individual properties to multi-jurisdictional portfolios of assets.

Nick has worked on project financings across many sectors since the late 1990s. He has been actively involved in devising methods or the cost-effective management and delivery of the legal input on multiple infrastructure projects, with a particular emphasis on social and urban infrastructure and in real estate finance in the broad sphere of urban regeneration.
