Adam’s practice focuses on public finance, primarily assisting with tax-exempt financings for school districts, cities, counties, special districts, and non-profit corporations.

In connection with these transactions, he has served as bond counsel and disclosure counsel. Adam also advises governmental clients on general public law matters, including elections, open government, and economic development.

• Bond counsel for school districts in the refunding bonds, school building bonds and the remarketing of variable rate soft put bonds.
• Disclosure counsel to municipal utility districts in connection with refunding bonds.
