Profile

Adam Murray counsels clients in the ports and maritime and real estate and construction industries through the many facets of dispute resolution and casualty response. He harnesses his unique understanding of the contexts in which legal issues arise and his strategies for resolving them to help clients navigate toward positive outcomes.

Adam assists clients in the maritime industry, particularly shipping companies, with addressing marine casualty issues such as securing discovery for use in overseas proceedings and litigating matters in maritime-related suits. He is also involved in resolving real estate and land use problems for both real estate and port clients.

Before joining Schwabe’s litigation team, Adam served as a judicial law clerk in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska.
